A picture of my water spirit Caeruleus. I didn't draw him for a long time. I tried to draw a little bit realistic xD It took me about one week to finsih this picture @_@ I put a lot of effort in it. I hope you see that.

I also decided to draw all my other spirits with scales. I'll draw my Arminius (fire), Kohaku (earth), Ventus (wind) and my Flash (electricity). :)

I hope you like it!

used tools: colored pencils, white gel pen

This work drew me in and once I got closer it did not disappoint me. It really evokes emotion. What a powerful and stunning usage of color and I was completely shocked to find it was a traditional style piece. Honestly everything about it is flawless, I can't give much constructive criticism.
The way you captured the face of the creature and how it's feet are perching on the water. The texture of its body is amazing as well.
It is a very original piece, I am really envious of your creativity.
You are clearly a very talented artist and this piece is incredible! I wish I had enough money to purchase this.

How it is possible that I haven't already commented this a-m-a-z-i-n-g drawing? :omg:
I was peeking some pictures of Ventus (no, not going to tell why :plotting:) and bumpend into this master piece.

This is really dynamic and powerful picture! Pose is awesome as well as background.
But what I love the most is your coloring: it is so smooth! (Dang, I must stop using black lines and start to practice lineartless coloring...)
Especially the way you have colored and shaded all those scales is beautiful.

Your color choices here are also great; loving those different shades of blue.
